Bob began his real estate career in 1989 after developing a rural property and building his first home. That experience sparked a lifelong passion for real estate and helping others achieve their property goals.

Throughout his career, Bob maintained his Real Estate Broker's license while also building a successful custom home construction company and performing Certified Residential Appraisals for both local and national lenders. His diverse background provides clients with valuable insight into property values, construction quality, and market trends.

Now retired from contracting and residential appraising, Bob continues to serve clients as a licensed Real Estate Agent. His decades of experience buying, building, valuing, and selling real estate allow him to provide knowledgeable guidance and practical advice, helping buyers and sellers make confident, informed decisions.
