Loueen Rosenbush has over ten years experience working in real estate both as an agent and as an REO Asset Manager. Loueen sold real estate specializing in first-time homebuyers in Cortland, NY and then specializing in foreclosures in Denver, CO. In 2006, Loueen became an REO Asset Manager handling a large portfolio of foreclosures for numerous national banks. She left her job in Denver in 2009 to return to New York to care for her elderly mother who was suffering from late stage Parkinson’s Disease. Loueen has also worked for many years at Cornell University and the Denver Zoo with high-net worth donors and their professional advisors regarding charitable giving plans including charitable trusts, charitable gift annuities to increase the endowments at the Cornell University and the Denver Zoological Foundation. Loueen is active in the Groton community and currently cares for her elderly sister and grandchildren. In her spare time, Loueen loves to travel, read, swim, ski and sail.
